Protesting against the restriction imposed by Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha on communication media of Bara, Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) has issued a press statement on October 28. According to FNJ, SLMM imposed ban on media of Bara to publish and broadcast wishes and advertisements of other organizations except of SLMM issuing a statement on October27. The press body asserted that such ban on media under any pretexts is an interference upon press freedom and right to expression. FNJ called on the government and agitating parties to remove such obstruction and create an environment for enjoyment of press freedom and right to expression without hindrance.
