A youth has been arrested for attacking a senior citizen with a sharp weapon in Budanilakantha on the northern outskirts of Kathmandu. The victim has been identified as Dhan Bhadur Tamang (61), a permanent resident of Bhimkhori-8 of Kavre district. Tamang was living in a rented room in Pasikot, Budanilakantha Muncipality-5 while he was attacked by local Sagar KC (25) with the sharp weapon. Tamang is receiving treatment at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj. Police said they are looking into the incident.
