Saptari has remained tense since Saturday night after 3 people lost their lives as protesters clashed with police. Bhardaha in Saptari has been affected the most. Agitating Madhesi Morcha protesters on Sunday night hurled a petrol bomb at a night bus and torched a motorcycle belonging to Police personnel. The protesters hurled petrol bombs on a bus travelling to east from west at Mohani Bridge on Sunday night. The vehicles have been obstructed at Barmajhiya due to which passengers have been stranded. The motorcycle Ko 3 Pa 3136 was torched on Monday morning. Although the administration has clamped the curfew, protests are being carried out.
