One injured in a shooting in Western Nawalparasi

Sandip Rauniyar, 28, of India and staying in Pali VDC-7 has been injured in a shooting by an unidentified group on December 7.
The group opened fire at him at Barampur in Pali-7 on the charges of smuggling fuel during the Madhes agitation. Injured Rauniyar has been rushed to India for treatment.
Underground outfit Madhesi Mukti Tiger (Rajan) has claimed responsibility for the incident. The group said that action was taken against him for smuggling fuel from India.
