A nine-year-old was found dead under a mold at a river shore in Kailali on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Tilak Joshi, a third-grader residing in Chamaulabazaar, of Chamula VDC, police said. He was reported missing since Sunday evening, informed DSP and spokesperson Bishwo Raj Khadka of the District Police Office, Kailali. DSP Khadka also informed that by the state of the body it can be assumed to be a murder. A local (name not disclosed) has been arrested on the basis of suspicion for further investigation.
