The district court Kailali has sent Prem Sapkota, 35, of Darakh7 to custody on charge of raping a 12-year-old girl of same place. The court gave order to remand him for seven days on December 9.

Sapkota was arrested on December 7 after the victim's side filed a case at the area police office Sukkhad accusing that he had raped the girl at Mohanyal community forest on November 26. Medical check-up of the girl was conducted at Seti Zonal Hospital on December 9.<
