Attack on Post scribe condemned

Various media organisations have condemned police assault on Abadhesh Kumar Jha, Post’s local correspondent in Biratnagar.
Issuing a joint statement on Friday, Saptari chapter of Press Union Nepal, Maithili Journalist Association and Madhesi Journalist Association condemned the attack and demanded action against the guilty. Police kicked Jha in his groin while he was at Mahavir Chowk in Biratnagar to collect news.
