Cadres of Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Mocha have torched two government offices on December 27. Morcha cadres vandalized and torched Tourist Office and Drinking Water Sanitation Office at Piradi Chok in Janakpur. District Chairperson of Sadhbhawana Party Sanjay Singh said that Morcha cadres staged protest in Janakpur since morning against the attack on Sadhbhawana Party Chairperson Rajendra Mahato in Biratnagar on December 26. Materials inside a room of Tourist Office have been gutted while the Drinking Water Office has been vandalized. DSP Nakul Pokharel said that the Tourist Office incurred minor damage while stones were hurled at Drinking Water Office.
