An unidentified group has killed Ram Lal Mura, 60, of Dogari village in SiddharthanagarN.P.10 on August 15 night.

Locals had found his body at a field near his house. He was killed by slitting throat.

DSP Krishna Kumar Mahat of the District Police Office said that the deceased might have been killed with a khukuri. Police said that investigation into the incident was underway.

Body of the deceased has been handed over to his family following post-mortem at the Bhim Hospital in Bhairahawa.
