Police have arrested Dol Bahadur Rai, 71, of Raigaun2 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl of same place.

According to the victim, Rai lured her with a chocolate while she was herding buffaloes and raped her on August 12.

The incident became public after the victim told her uncle about it. <
