Bank staff injured by madhesi morcha cadres

Ram Sundar Yadav, 45, of Bhagatpur VDC-4 and a security guard of Sunrise Bank Limited in Rajbiraj Municipality-1 sustained injuries after Madhesi Morcha cadres attacked him on January 8.
Yadav was beaten up by Morcha cadres for defying bandh and operating the bank, according to Yadav. Bank and financial institutions which operated after a long time have been shut down after the incident.
The victim underwent treatment in the Zonal Hospital in Rajbiraj and sustained two stitches in the head.
