Cadres of Federal Socialist Forum Party Nepal has vandalized four trucks bearing Indian plate number in Nawalpur section road on Monday by taking them under control. The vehicles carrying coal to brick kilns were heading towards district headquarter Malangawa. SLMM leader and district chairman of Federal Socialist Forum Party Nepal said that they had vandalized the trucks as they defied the bandh enforced by SLMM. He further added that black marketers were earning a lot of profit by freely operating even during bandhs while normal citizens sufferred. He was of the opinion that either SLMM should allow all vehicles to operate during bandh or bar all vehicles from operating. Dispute among local SLMM leaders has ensued following the vandalism on the vehicles. District leaders of SLMM affiliated Tarai Madhes Lokatantrik Party and Sadbhawana Party are in favour of letting off the trucks. Reportedly the trucks were carrying coal to the brick kilns belonging to the leaders of the same parties. Police has meanwhile, stopped half dozens trucks at Nawalpur over fear of vandalizm by SLMM cadres.
