Four teachers from Nayakwada in Jajarkot were assaulted by some policemen from Area Police Office Nayakwada on Saturday at around 7:00 PM in the evening. Teachers, Mahendra Singh and Mahendra Budha were assaulted by the policemen at Silingichaur while they were returning home after celebrating Martyr's Day. According to them, the attacking policemen were drunk at the time of the incident. Similarly, Bishnu Budha and Kuwar Singh Chaudhary were also attacked by the policemen. Chief of Jajarkot Police, Dan Bahadur Malla said that the attackers were summoned at the district headquarter to initiate a detailed investigation into the matter.
