Netra Bikram Chand led Maoist party has announced the formation of district-level parallel government structure in Kalikot district on Saturday. The parallel government structure comprises 15 members including the former YCL district chairman Manilal Aidi Ranbir. The formation of the parallel structure was announced by Atom BC, the central committee of Biplav led Maoist party through a mass gathering held at Mumra VDC on Saturday, said Karna Bhandari - District Secretary of the party. Bhandari further stated was the party was planning to form lower-level parallel government structures in all VDCs.
