32-year-old Surendra Kumar Yadav, a resident of Farseth VDC-6, has been arrested by the police on Tuesday. Yadav who was involved in different criminal activities including, bombings, abduction and extortion is a member of Masiha Bharat Singh-Sher Singh armed group. Inspector Suraj Khadka informed that the District Court has extended the remand of Yadav. Yadav's group had hurled socket bomb at the house of Maheshnath Sharma Lunintel's house on January 3 and also hurled pipe bomb at Assistant Health Worker Upendra Prasad Shah's house in Kanchanpur municipality-1 on January 17.
