An elderly was murdered by his neighbour in Rautahat over cattle grazing on lentil crops on Monday. Sherfollow Tamang of Chandrapur Municipality-8 of the district killed his neighbour Man Bahadur Waiba (62) by hitting his head with a lathi, police said. Earlier, Waiba’s cattle had grazed on the lentil crops in the farm of Tamang. According to Chandrapur Area Police Office, the victim breathed his last on his way to the Chandranigahapur Hospital. DSP Manoj Yadav said the man succumbed to the injuries he sustained in the incident. Police said Tamang is at large after the incident. The manhunt is on.
