An unidentified group on Thursday shot dead a local youth in Jitpur of Banganga Municipality. Rajesh Sen, who was immediately rushed to Lumbini Zonal Hospital, was pronounced dead by the doctors, said DSP Dilliraj Bista. The unidentified motorbiker shot at Sen while he was standing near a stage made to pay tributes to late Nepali Congress president Sushil Koirala. The victim’s body has been kept at the hospital.
