An Indian minor, who was missing from from Phulhatta village of Sitamarhi district of Bihar state of India for the past four days, was found and handed over to her parent by the Mahottari District Police Office on Thursday. According to the Mahottari DPO, the seven-year-old Seema Kumari was handed over to her farther Mohan Roy of Bhadsar Pulhatta Panchayat Ward No. 1 in the presence of women and child rights activists and journalists. The girl with hearing disability had gone missing from her home since around 4:00 am last Monday and was found at Nainhi Bazaar of Mahottari on Wednesday, informed Police Inspector Naresh Mahato.
