Trader held for selling cooking gas at higher rate

Police have arrested a 62-year-old man for selling cooking gas at a higher rate than the market price, from Shantinagar, KMC-34 on Thursday.
Acting on a tip-off, the Metropolitan Police Circle, Baneshwor arrested Amar Katuwal with 14 cylinders of Baba Gas, nine cylinders of Shree Gas and Rs 53,200 cash.
Katuwal was selling a cylinder of cooking gas for Rs 1,600 which is Rs 200 higher than the market rate.
