A youth has been seriously injured during a clash at wedding in Sanghu VDC of Taplejung. Durga Limbu was seriously injured after running into dispute and clash with Maltin Limbu and Dinesh Limbu at the wedding of Purna Bahadur Limbu's son. According to District Police Office Taplejung, Durga Limbu was attacked with Khukuri by Maltin Limbu and Dinesh Limbu. Durga has sustained deep injury on his cheek due to the khukuri attack. Durga is undergoing treatment at Taplejung District Headquarter. Meanwhile, police are searching for the duo who went on the run after attacking Durga. Number of incidents of clash and use of weapons like khukuri, home-made guns at wedding of Limbu community in Taplejung are reportedly increasing in recent times.
