A youth was stabbed to death and another one injured at Kotehpul of Lokanthali, Bhaktapur on Sunday. Nineteen-year-old Bijay Lama of Nuwakot, currently residing in Sinamangal, was attacked with a knife at Kothepul following a quarrel at a local eatery in Pepsicola, Old Sinamangal of Kathmandu Metropolis-35.
According to police, the injured one has been identified as Ashok Dahal of Sunsari. Seriously injured Lama was referred to Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj after receiving preliminary treatment at Sinamangal-based Motherland Hospital. He was declared dead upon reaching the hospital, police informed. The police investigation is underway to identify the attackers, it is learned.
