A pregnant girl of Hadikhola VDC has been gang-raped by seven youths on December 12.

The victim said that the youths raped her near Hadikhola forest while she was returning home from Manahari bazar. The 16-year-old victim said that they also looted a golden ornament and Rs 17,000 from her.

She has accused Bala Rai, Chandra Bahadur Rai, and others of being involved in the incident.

Another girl who was with the victim had managed to escape. The victim is five-months pregnant.

She has filed a case at the district police office Hetauda seeking action against the culprits.
