The District Police Office, Kailali filed a case against Bimal Bogati, 20, of Udasipur-5 on charge of raping 14-year-old girl of same VDC.

Bogati was arrested by local police office of Masuria on October 1 while he was hiding in a local's house in Dodhara1 after the victim's family filed charged against Bogati. He was sent to the District Police Office on the same day for the further investigation, SI Laxman Nath said.

The health checkup of the girl was performed on October 1 at Seti Regional Hospital, informed District Police Office.

The FIR mentioned that the girl was raped near a community forest in Udasipur VDC, Masuriya Area Police Office.
