Lalitpur/October 16 A group of seven persons led by CPN-M local leader Nikhil Pakhrin has thrashed two teachers of Ghusel Secondary School on October 15.

Injured teachers Kumar Pradhan and Ganesh Kumar Shrestha are undergoing treatment at B and B hospital in Gwarko.

Principal of the school Rabindra Singh said that the duo, who stayed in a rented room in Ghusel, were beaten up by CPN-M cadres with lathi, split wood on  charge of using drinking water excessively.

Chapagaon police circle said that no one had been arrested and that police was gathering details about the incident.<
