SLMM obstructs municipal council in Sarlahi

The Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha obstructed the municipal council of Sarlahi district on Wednesday. CPN-UML lawmaker Hari Uprety was invited as the chief guest to the event, but the Morcha supporters protested the decision which led to the postponement of the council. The municipal council is said to take place on Thursday.
