Police have arrested 18-year-old Binod Kumar Chaudhary of Maubaha VDC-9 on April 10 on the charge of trying to rape a 49-year-old woman. The victim had filed a complaint at the Area Police Office Kadarbona on April 8 stating that Chaudhary had attempted to rape her while she was alone at home on April 7. The victim underwent a medical check-up at the Gana Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital in Rajbiraj on April 8.
