A 25-year-old woman filed a complaint against 27-year-old Munindra Thapa of Besisahar metropolis-12 on the charges of accusing her as a witch at the local police on April 26. Thapa had accused the victim of killing local women by witchcraft and also had misbehaved with her. So, the victim lodged a complaint at the police station. According to the inspector of District Police Office, Kamal Prasad Rajaurel, the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint filed and they had started their own investigation process.
