आदर्णिय, म सचिन कुमार सिंग, गाँउ : मधेपुरा-१, जिल्ला: सप्तर, अंचल: सगरमाथा, थाना: हनुमान नगर, पोस्ट: बभनगमा कट्टी। हाल मा भारतको बामबेमा एउटा IT कमपनीमा प्रोजेक्ट लिडर (chief Engineer) को रुपमा काम गर्दै छु। यहाँ बस्ने सुविधा नभएकाले मैले आफ्नो परिवारलाई बाध्यताले गर्दा केहि समयका लागि गाउँमै (नेपालमा) छोड्नु परेकोछ। मैले ३ वर्ष अगाडी पटना, बिहार, भारत कि केटी संग बिहे गरेको थिए र हाल हामी संग एउटा २ बर्षको छोरा पनि छ र उ अहिले आमा संगै गाँउमा बसिरहेकोछ। बिहे पछि नेपालको कानुन अनुसार उले नागरिकता पनि प्राप्त गरेको छ। जसले गर्दा उ पनि अहिले नेपाली नागरिक भएको छ।

 

मेरो बुवा मदन कुमार सिंग, आमा दिनेश सिंग र भाई रोसन कुमार सिंग तिनै जना एकदमै लालची मान्छे हुन् र उनीहरु दाइजोको कुर लिएर मेरो श्रीमती र छोरालाई विभिन्ना खालको यातना दिरहेका छन् । हाल म भारतमा छु र मेरो छोरा गाँउमा एकदमै बिरामी भएको छ। मलाई थाहा छैन तर संका छ कि उनीहरुले मेरो परिवारलाई कुनै नोकसान पुर्याउन्छन् किनकी उनीहरु सधैं म र मेरो परिवारलाई धम्की दिरहन्छन्।

 

त्यसैले म यस जानकारी मार्फत उनीहरुको सुरक्षाको लागि FRI दर्ता गराउँदै छु र मेरो परिवारलाई कुनै खालको नोक्सानी व त्यसतो घट्ना भएमा माथी उल्लेख व्यक्तीहरु जिम्मेवार हुनेछन्। म १२ नोवेम्बरमा २०१२ मा नेपाल आउँदै छु र कुनै जानकारीको लागि सम्पर्क गर्नु होला।

I Sachin Kumar Singh,Village : Ko. Madhepura-1,District : Saptari,Zone : Sagarmatha, Thana : Hanumannagar, Post : Babhangama Katti, currently working in Bombay,India as a Project Lead (Chief Engineer) in one of IT company.Due to accommodation related issues I was not able to bring my family here and was compelled to leave my family in my village(Nepal) for some time.I have married to a girl in Patna,Bihar India some three years back and blessed with a Son who is 2 years old as of now.After marriage they have also acquired citizenship of Nepal as per the law and now they are also the responsible citizen of Nepal. My father Madan Kumar Singh, mother Dinesh Singh and brother Roshan Kumar Singh, all three are very greedy person and they keeps on torching my wife and son for dowry related issues.Right now I'm in Bombay,India and my Son is also very sick at my village. So not sure but I suspect if they do any harm to my family because they keeps on threatening my family including me everyday.

 

Thus, I'm here by filing an FIR for their security and the above mentioned persons will be responsible for any damage or for any such incident.Moreover, I will be available in Nepal by 12th Nov 2012 i.e. after a week and will be available for any further inquiry any time if required.
