Maoist State committee member Shravan Kumar Yadav-30 of Rampurbirta2 was shot while he was coming out from the Mirchaiya police office on November 12 at around 11 o clock.Kailash Thakur of Ram Nagar Mirchaiya5 fired four rounds of bullet however the victim escaped the injuries. The accused was immediately arrested by the police after the incident. Thakur has been taken into the custody for further investigation according to the police inspector Raj Kumar Karki of area police office Mirchaiya. Pistol and bullets were confiscated from Thakur and the reason behind the shooting is under investigation according to the police.
