Two people have been arrested and made public by the police on November 27 on charge of raping two minors.

Bauwa Lal Paswan, 18, of India living in Uchidiha-3 and Aslam Dewan, 18, of Ganja Bhawanipur-9 has been arrested by the police.

Paswan reportedly raped 14-year-old girl of the same VDC and Dewan raped 7-year-girl on November 21. Both of them have been arrested by the police and filed a case against rape based on the report from the victim, said police investigation officer Ram Nath Ghimire. <
