Accused rapist arrested in khotang

Police have arrested Gopal Katuwal,60 of Chisapani VDC-1 on July 7 on the charge of raping a 16-years-old girl. The victim’s family had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office of Chisapani on July 6 accusing him of raping a girl on June 7. The accused was arrested based on the complaint lodged according to DSP Bidhyananda Majhi of DPO. The victim underwent a health check-up at Area Health Centre of Chisapani on July 6.
