कैलालीकी एक युवतीलाई नेपालगञ्ज नपा-५ बसपार्कमा बस भित्र सामूहिक बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा गिरफ्तार गरिएका सुर्खेत जिल्ला मालारानी गाविस-९ का २२ वर्षीय रुपलाल डीसी र बाँके जिल्ला खासकुश्मा-२ का १८ वर्षीय तिलक आचार्यलाई जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयले ०६९ फागुन २८ गते पत्रकार सम्मेलन गरी सार्वजनिक गरेको छ । घटनाका एक अभियुक्त फरार रहेको प्रहरीले जनायो ।

 

धनगढी जाने बस खोज्दै बसपार्क पुगेकी युवतीलाई ०६९ फागुन २४ गते राति धनगढी जाने बस यही हो भन्दै अभियुक्तहरूले ना ४ ख ५३४ नम्बरको बस भित्र बलात्कार गरी भागेको र युवती रोइकराइ गरिरहेको अवस्थामा प्रहरीले उद्दार गरी उपचार गरेको प्रहरीले जनायो । बलात्कारपछि फरार अभियुक्तहरूलाई फागुन २५ गते प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गरेको थियो । फरार एक जनाको खोजी भइरहेको र अभियुक्तहरूलाई मुलुकी ऐन जबरजस्ती करणी महल अनुसार कारबाही गरिने एसपी भुपालकुमार भण्डारीले जानकारी दिए । बिनोद पाण्डे

Two persons arrested on charge of raping a woman has been made public on March 11 in a press meet by the District Police Office.

 

Rup Lal DC, 22, of Malarani9 and Tilak Acharya, 18, of Khaskusma2 were arrested by the police on charge of raping a girl of Kailali inside a bus at buspark in Nepalgunj municipality-5 on March 7. One of the accused is still at large according to the police.

 

The victim who was searching for the bus departing for Dhangadhi was raped inside the bus (Na 4 Kha 534), according to police. She was later rescued by the police.

 

The accused were later arrested by the police on March 8. The accused will be charged under the rape case under rape provision of the Civil Code, SP Bhupal Kumar Bhandari said.
