The District Court of Ramechhap has ordered to sentence 27-year-old man for six years on August 29 oncharge of finding him guilty on raping a 16-year-old girl related to him. A single bench of district court judge Kiran Prasad Siwakoti has givem a verdict regarding the case. The court has also ordered the accused to compensate Rs 50,000 to the victim. A complaint was lodged against the accused at District Police Office of Ramechhap on April 24 on charge of raping a girl on March 25. The victim underwent a health checkup at Thosee Health Post on April 4. He was arrested by the police on April 4 from Thosee. हाडनाता भित्रको १६ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको ठहर गर्दै २७ वर्षीय एक युवकलाई जिल्ला अदालत रामेछापले भदौ १३ गते ६ वर्षको जेल सजायको फैसला सुनाएको छ । न्यायाधीश किरणप्रसाद शिवाकोटीको इजालसले सो फैसला सुनाएको हो । पीडकबाट बालिकाको नाममा ५० हजार रुपियाँ भराउने फैसलासमेत अदालतले गरेको छ । फैसला अनुसार बलात्कार गरेको अभियोगमा ५ वर्ष र हाडनाताभित्रको भएकोले थप १ वर्षगरी ६ वर्षजेल सजाय सुनाइएको हो । पीडित बालिकालाई ०७२ चैत १९ गते बलात्कार गरेको अभियोगमा चैत २४ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रामेछापमा उजुरी दर्ता भएको थियो । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण ०७२ चैत २२ गते ठोसे स्वास्थ्य चौकीमा गरिएको थियो । आरोपितलाई प्रहरीले ०७२ चैत २२ गते ठोसेबाट गिरफ्तार गरेको थियो ।
