Shital Rana of Salyan has been found dead and 30-year-old Bir Bahadur Rana of Kavra-3, Salyan, unconscious after drinking cold drinks offered by strangers. The duo were found in Golcha in Kohalpur on Thursday. Bir Bahadur regained consciousness while receiving treatment at Kohalpur Teaching Hospital. According to him, three strangers offered them cold drinks in an unnamed restaurant in Kohalpur while the duo were returning home from India. Both had become unconscious after drinking it and they were robbed of 12 thousand cash, 2 sets of mobile phone and bag of clothes. Police is looking into the incident. अपरिचित व्यक्तिले दिएको पेय पदार्थ खाँदा सल्यान घर भएका शितल रानाको मृत्यु भएको छ भने सल्यान काभ्रा–३ बस्ने ३० बर्षीय बिर बहादुर राना बेहोस भएका छन् । कोहलपुर नगरपालिका–६ स्थित गोल्छा भन्ने स्थानमा विहिबार शितल रानालाई मृत अवस्थामा र बिर बहादुर रानालाई बेहोश अवस्थामा फेला पारिएपछि प्रहरीले बेहोश बिर बहादुर रानालाई उपचारको लागि मेडिकल कलेज कोहलपुर पठाएकोमा होशमा आएका थिए । निजले बताएअनुसार दुवै जना भारतबाट रोजगारी गरेर घर फर्कने क्रममा नेपालगंजबाट कोहलपुरतर्फ जाँदै गर्दा आफुलाई कोहलपुरका हौं भनि बताउने अपरिचित ३ जना व्यक्तिले नाम नखुलेको होटेलमा लगी पेय पदार्थ (कोक) खुवाएको र सो पश्चात दुवै जना बेहोश भएको र दुवै जनाको साथमा रहेको नगद १२ हजार रुपैयाँ, मोबाईल थान २ र कपडा रहेको झोला समेत लुटपाट भएको बताएका थिए । यस सम्बन्धमा प्रहरीले आवश्यक अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ ।
