The accused of murder who was on run got arrested on September 09. The perpetrators are identified as Shrivir Lama (31), Devraj Lama known as Sonu (31), and Rakesh Lama also known as Kheppa (40) of Bouddha-06, Kathmandu. A police team mobilized from the Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police arrested them on the charge of murdering 24 years old Roshan Kumar Ale Magar of Kumarigal Ward - 7, Kathmandu with a sharp weapon on 2004 March 06. In 2004, some youth of Kumarigal got involved in fights and during the fight, deceased Ale tried to stop the fight between the youths. Shrivir Lama along with some 15-20 people went to kill Ale as revenge on the occasion of Holi (06 March). In this incident, the other 5 youths were injured.
