बलात्कार प्रयासको आरोपमा बसवलपुर गाविस-६ का ३५ वर्षीय डम्बरनारायण सरदारमाथि इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कल्याणपुरले ०६९ चैत १८ गते मुद्दा दर्ता गरेको छ ।

एक जना ३० वर्षीया एक महिलालाई ०६९ चैत १७ गते बिहान ४ बजे बलात्कारको प्रयास गरेको आरोपमा सरदारमाथि मुद्दा दर्ता गरिएको इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कल्याणपुरका इन्स्पेक्टर प्रधुम्न अधिकारीले बताए ।

पति रोजगारीका लागि काठमाडौंमा रहेको र घरमा नाबालक सन्तान मात्र रहेको बेला घरभित्र पसेर आफूसँग यौनसम्पर्क गर्न खोजेको र नमान्दा कुटपिट गरेको पीडित महिलाले प्रहरीमा दिएको उजुरीमा उल्लेख गरेकी छिन् ।

सरदारको कुटपिटबाट पीडितको शरीरमा चोटपटकसमेत देखिएको इन्स्पेक्टर अधिकारीले बताए । महिला चिच्याएपछि भाग्दै गरेका सरदारलाई तत्कालै गाउँलेले नियन्त्रणमा लिई प्रहरीमा बुझाएका थिए ।

ती महिलाको ०६९ चैत १८ गते प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र कल्याणपुरमा स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गरिएको र आरोपितलाई कारबाही प्रक्रियासमेत अगाडि बढाइएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।

Saptari/March 31 Area Police Office (APO) Kalyanpur has registered a case of rape attempt against Dambar Narayan Sardar, 35, of Basalpur6 on March 31.

Inspector Pradhyumna Adhikari of the APO said that Sardar is accused of attempting to rape of a 30-year-old woman on March 30 morning.

The victim has filed a complaint at the APO stating that Sardar had barged into her house and attempted to rape her. She said that he thrashed her when she retaliated.

Inspector Adhikari said that the victim sustained injuries to her body.

Locals had apprehended Sardar hearing the victim's scream while he was running away.

Medical check-up of the girl was conducted in the primary health centre Kalyanpur on March 31.

According to police, investigation had begun into the incident.
