Police have arrested 20 years old Babu Ram Thapa of Barapokhari VDC-2 on November 9 on charge of molesting 10 years old girl. The victim’s party had lodged a complaint against the accused at District Police Office on November 8 on charge of molesting a girl. The accused was arrested for further investigation based on a complaint lodged according to inspector Saroj Rai of District Police Office. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Diktel on November 10 according to the police. एक १० वर्षीया बालिकालाई यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले बाराहापोखरी गाविस-२ का २० वर्षीय बाबुराम थापालाई कात्तिक २४ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई कात्तिक २३ गते यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले कात्तिक २४ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय दिक्तेलमा उजुरी दिएको थियो । उजुरीका आधारमा अनुसन्धानका लागि आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यलयका इन्स्पेक्टर सरोज राईले जानकारी दिए । पीडित बालिकाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण जिल्ला अस्पताल दिक्तेलमा कात्तिक २५ गते गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
