एक आठ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा भगवती गाविस-८ की १५ वर्षीय किशोरलाई प्रहरीले चैत २० गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडितलाई आरोपितले ०६९ चैत ९ गते बिहान बलात्कार गरेको पीडितका आफन्तले प्रहरीमा दिएको जाहेरीमा उल्ल्लेख छ । आरोपितले विद्यालय हिँडेकी बालिकालाई मिठाई दिएर फकाई घरभित्र लगी बलत्कार गरेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।

 

'पीडितको जाहेरी परेको र आरोपितले घट्ना स्वीकार गरेकोले कानुनी प्रक्रिया शुरु गरेका छौँ प्रहरी नायब उपरीक्षक मुकुन्द मरासिनीले बताए ।

A 15-year-old boy of Bhagwati8 has been arrested by the police on April 2 on charge of raping an 8-year-old girl.

 

The complaint lodged by the victim’s family states that the girl was been raped in the morning of March 22. Police said that the boy raped the girl by luring her with sweets and taking her inside his house.

 

Legal proceedings have been initiated further as the accused admitted the charge, according to SP Mukunda Marasini.
