Three policemen and a Nepal Army (NA) soldier were injured when an IED went off during defusal at the Saptari District Administration Office on Sunday. The injured security personnel were admitted to Gajendranarayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital. A bomb disposal team from the NA was called to deactivate the IED that was reportedly planted by the Jaya Krishna Goit-led Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha.

कार्यालय परिसरमा मङ्सिर १२ गते राखिएको बम निष्कृय बनाएको एक घण्टा पछि सिपाही गुरुङले आगो लगाएर नष्ट गर्न खोज्दा बारुदको झिल्को उछिटि्टएर उनीहरू घाइते भएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका डिएसपी दानबहादुर कार्कीले जानकारी दिए ।
गुरुङको अनुहारमा र अन्य प्रहरीहरूको हातमा बारुदको आगोले पोलेर घाइते भएको पनि डिएसपी कार्कीले बताए । घाइतेहरूको स्थानीय गनासिं सगरमाथा अञ्चल अस्पतालमा उपचार भइरहेको छ ।
प्रहरीको सुरक्षा र निगरानीमा रहने जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयको नागरिकता अभिलेख फाँट रहेको कोठा नं. ५ नजिकै बम फेला परेपछि कर्मचारी र सेवाग्राही आतङ्कित बनेका थिए । एक सेवाग्राहीले वेवारिसे अवस्थामा रहेको झोलाबारे प्रहरीलाई खबर गरेपछि झोला भित्र कुकर बम राखिएको खुलासा भएको थियो ।

The Saptari District Police Office today made public two persons for their alleged involvement in installing explosives at the District Administrative Office around a week ago.
The arrestees are Nathuni Yadav (50) and Bhawani Prasad Argariya (30) of Siraha, said police in a press meet organised at the DPO today.
According to DSP Dan Bahadur Karki, the duo were arrested from Melath-5 of Saptari district on Saturday.
The investigation has confirmed their involvement in the case and necessary investigation is being carried out, police said.
On November 27, police had found a pressure cooker bomb in front of the District Administration Office.
It has been learnt that the explosives were planted by the Jaya Krishna Goita-led Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha-Krantikari.
