Naya Janakranti: Road block demanding food sovereignty

Cadres of Netra Bikram Chand led the CPN-Maoist party staged roadblock at Mahendra Highway at Kanchanpur from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday demanding the government to guarantee food security.
Cadres of the party said that they staged the block as the government did not respond to their demands of food sovereignty, black market monitoring, and monitoring of inflation.
