30 years old Victim Chauri Luwar’s brother Jasbir Luwar has lodged a complaint at District Police Office of Humla on December 5 demanding the action against the victim’s husband Jagati Luwar, 31 of Srinagar VDC-7 for his involvement in murdering his wife. Police had arrested 31 years old Jagati Luwar on November 30 based on a verbal complaint lodged by the victim’s party on charge of murdering his wife Chauri Luwar on November 24. The victim’s brother had lodged a written complaint at police office on December December 6 according to police inspector Om Prakash Khanal. The postmortem of the body was conducted at Kolti hospital in Bajura District on November 25. श्रीनगर गाविस-७ की ३० वर्षीया चाउरी लुवारको हत्या गरेको आरोपमा ३१ वर्षीय पति जगति लुवारलाई कानुनी कारबाहीको माग गर्दै मृतकका भाइ जसवीर लुवारले मङ्सिर २० गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय हुम्लामा उजुरी दिएका छन् । पीडित महिलालाई डोरीले घाँटी कसेर मङ्सिर ९ गते हत्या गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले दिएको मौखिक उजुरीका आधारमा प्रहरीले आरोपितलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि मङ्सिर १५ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको थियो । जगती लुवारले हत्या गरेको अभियोगमा मङ्सिर २० गते उजुरी दर्ता गरेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका निमित्त कार्यालय प्रमुख इन्स्पेक्टर ओमप्रकाश यादवले बताए । मृतकको पोष्टमार्टम मङ्सिर १० गते बाजुरा जिल्लाको कोल्टी अस्पतालमा भएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
