A man from Duhabi-4, Sunsari is on the run after severely beating his wife. Min Bahadur Nepal, aged 55 severely beat his wife Sabitra Nepal aged 50 and locked her inside their home on Monday (28 Nov). Sabitra fainted after the being beaten by her husband. In the early morning, their son saw the door locked so he called neighbors and police were informed about it. When police reached the home and broke the lock, Sabitra was found in severe condition and she was taken to neuro hospital of Biratnagar for treatment. Police have assumed that they might have some domestic disputes. Superintendent of Duhabi Police Office, Shiv Kumar Pokharel said that they are searching for Min Bahadur who is on run. दुहवी - सुनसरीको दुहवीभलुवा-४ स्थित नयाँ वस्तीमा एक श्रिमानले श्रिमतीलाई मरणासन्न हुने गरी कुटपिट गरेका छन् । श्रिमतीलाई निर्घात कुटपिट गरी श्रिमान भने भागेका छन् । अन्दाजी वर्ष ५५ का मिनबहादुर नेपालले ५० वर्षीया श्रिमती साबित्रा नेपाललाई निर्घात कुटपिट गरी सोमबार राति घरमा थुनेर भागेका थिए । कुटपिटबाट बेहोस भएकी श्रिमतीलाई थुनेर श्रिमान बेपत्ता भएका हुन् । बिहनीपख नेपालका छोराले ताल्चा लागेको देखेर छिमेकी बोलाइ इप्रका दुहवीका प्रहरीलाई खबर गरेका थिए। घर पुगेको प्रहरीले ताल्चा खोल्दा सावित्रालाई गम्भीर अवस्थमा भेटेको थियो । उनको विराटनगरस्थित न्युरो अस्पतालमा उपचार भइरहेको छ । घरायसी विवदको कारण झगडा भएको हुन सक्ने प्रहरीको अनुमान छ । फरार मिनबहादुरको खोजीकार्य भइरहेको इप्रका दुहवीका प्रहरी निरीक्षक शिव कुमार पोखरेलले बताए।
