co/htrAvlpTZZ कमलरी मृत्युको न्यायिक छानविन गर : जनजाति महासंघ\Legal Investigation into the death of a kamlari : NEFIN काठमाडौ, वैशाख ४ - नेपाल आदिवासी जनजाति महासंघ ले ललितपुरको एक घरमा कमलरी राखिएकी दाङ लालमटियाकी १२ वर्षीय सिर्जना चौधरीको मृत्यु शंकास्पद भएको भन्दै न्यायिक छानविनको माग गरेको छ । महासंघले बालबालिकालाई घरेलु कामदारको रुपमा राख्न कानुनले नै निषेध गरेको अवस्थामा सिर्जनालाई किन र कसरी कामदारको रुपमा राखियो ? भन्ने प्रश्न गर्दै यो गम्भिर अपराध भएको बताएका छन् । साथै तिनै बालिकाको मृत्यु झनै शंकास्पद रहेको उल्लेख गर्दै न्यायिक छानवीन गर्न र दोषीलाई कडा सजाय दिन महासंघका अध्यक्ष राजकुमार लेखीले माग गरेका छन् । 'सिर्जनाको मृत्यु प्रकरणको छानवीन गर्न सरकारले आनाकानी गर्नु आश्चर्यको विषय भएको छ । यो प्रकरणमा सरकारले तत्कालै छानवीन गर्नुपर्छ, यसका लागि निष्पक्ष न्यायिक जाँच आयोग गठन गरिनुपर्छ । यो प्रकरणको छानवीन गर्न सरकार तयार हुँदैन भने जस्तोसुकै कदम चाल्न नेपाल आदिवासी जनजाति महासंघ तयार हुने चेतावनी पनि सरकारलाई दिन्छौं' बिज्ञप्तिमा भनिएको छ । Kathmandu/17 April Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationality (NEFIN) has demanded for a legal investigation over the death of 12-years old, Srijana Chaudhary(Dang, Lalmatiya) working as a bonded labor in a house in Lalitpur. NEFIN has pointed out on what grounds were she kept as a bonded labor when the law doesn't allow this and that its a crime. Further, the Chairperson, Rajkumar Lekhi has demanded strong action against the criminal and investigation into the suspicious death. Issuing a press release, NEFIN has warned the government that it would take any step further if the investigation is not done and the separate commission for the investigation is not formed by the government.
