29-year-old Bishnu Bahadur Thapa of Hamsapur VDC-4 with a psychosocial disability has been fastened with a rope for past 15 years by his family due to poor financial condition. Due to the psycho social disability and unconsciousness caused by epilepsy disease, he was tied up with a rope- said Bir Bahadur Thapa, father of victim. Neighbor of the victim, Kamal Thapa informed that, the victim with his growing age now has started to show calmness but is still tied up with a rope in his hand and feet. “Multiple people and organizations have come to visit but none of them have supported financially so far. Treatment of son would have been possible if any government and non-government corporation provides financial support” said Khumakala Thapa , mother of victim. The victim has sustained bruises in his hands and feet due to the rope.
