Cadres of UDMF which has been opposing the local level election removed and vandalized the signboards of different rural municipality offices in Dhanusa. A group of UDMF cadres led by Jibendra Jha, president of Tarai Madhes Youth Front removed the signboards from Aurahi rural municipality's centre at Parwaha. Saying that local level election was not possible without fulfilling the demands of the Madhesi people, the UDMF cadres chanted slogan against the government and removed the signboard. Similarly, the UDMF cadres have also removed and vandalized the signboard and furnitures of the ward office of Nagarayin municipality at Fulgama.The UDMF cadres padlocked the ward office after the incident. यथास्थितिमा स्थानीय तह निर्वाचनको विरोध गर्दै आएका संयुक्त लोकतान्त्रिक मधेशी मोर्चाले धनुषा जिल्लाको विभिन्न गाउँपालिका तथा नगरपालिकाको कार्यालयमा बोर्ड हटाउनुका साथै तोडफोड समेत गरेका छन् । तराई मधेश युवा फन्टका जिल्ला अध्यक्ष जिवेन्द झाको नेतृत्वमा रहेका मोर्चाका नेता तथा कार्यकर्ताहरुले औरही गाउँपालिकाको परवाहा केन्दमा रहेको गाउँपालिकाको बोर्ड हटाउनुका साथै तालाबन्दी गरेका छन् । मधेशको माग पुरा गरे विना स्थानीय तह कार्यान्वयन हुन सक्ने भन्दै युवाहरुले सरकारविरुद्ध विभिन्न नाराबाजी गर्दै बोर्ड हटाएका थिए । उनीहरुले मधेशको माग पुरा नभएसम्म तालाबन्दी जारी रहने बताएका छन् । त्यसै गरि नगराइन नगरपालिकाको फुलगामास्थित वडा कार्यालयमा समेत मोर्चाका कार्यकतौहरुले बोर्ड हटाउनुका साथै त्यहाँ तोडफोड समेत गरेका छन् । मोर्चाका नेताहरुले वडा कार्यालयमा रहेका फनिर्चरहरु समेत तोडेका छन् । तोडफोडपछि उनीहरुले वडा कार्यालयमा तालाबन्दी समेत गरेका छन् ।
