Police have rescued three women aged ranged from 22 to 41 from the Behalya check post on the evening of April 19. According to the police, they were being trafficked to Kuwait through India. Police have also arrested one person on charge of human trafficking. All women were pretexted for a better job according to the police. SI Bhawani Prasad Dhamala of DPO Rupendehi said that Sharmila Misra, 33 of Mangalpur-5 has been taken into custody for her involvement in human trafficking. All women were travelling without any documents including passport according to the police.
