An Indian national, 30-year-old Rabindra Sah has been arrested in accusation of raping a 20-year-old woman of Mahalaxmi-8, Lubhu. The accused allegedly entered the woman's house in the pretext of drinking water when she was alone and raped her. Investigation regarding the incident is on-going. महालक्ष्मी नगरपालिका–८ लुभु बस्ने २० वर्षीया युवतीलाई उनकै घरमा अन्य कोही नभएको अवस्थामा पानी खाने निहुँमा प्रवेश गरी जबरजस्ती करणी गरेको अभियोगमा सोही ठाउँ बस्ने भारतीय नागरिक ३० वर्षीय रवीन्द्र साहलाई शुक्रबार प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । यस सम्बन्धमा प्रहरीबाट थप आवश्यक अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ ।
