Police have arrested 30 years old Kranti Ale of Danabari-8, Ilam on May 24 on charge of raping a 14 years old girl. He was arrested after two months from the incident day. The complaint against him was lodged at District Police Office on March 20 on charge of rape on March 19. The accused was at large immediately after the incident. He was recently arrested by the police from Kakadvitta of Jhapa and case was registered against him. He will be charged under the rape act if found guilty by the court according to DSP Mahendra Kumar Shrestha.
