A youth has been seriously injured in a knife attack in Taplejung on Tuesday night. 17-year-old Pritam Gurung of Phungling municipality-4 was stabbed with a knife by 21-year-old Raja Limbu of the same place, informed DPO Taplejung. Gurung who sustained serious injury in the attack was referred to B and C hospital in Birtamod, Jhapa after he could not be treated in Taplejung. Doctors involved in Gurung's treatment informed that the victim has serious injury on his large intestine. Meanwhile, police are looking for the assailant Limbu who is on the run. ताप्लेजुङमा गए राति छुरा प्रहारबाट एक युवक गम्भीर घाइते भएका छन् । मंगलवार राति करिव १० बजे फुङलिङ नगरपालिका ४ का स्थानीयवासी १७ वर्षीय प्रितम गुरुङलाई सोही स्थानका २१ वर्षीय राजा लिम्बूले छुरा प्रहार गरी घाइते बनाएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय ताप्लेजुङले जानकारी दिएको छ । घाइते गुरुङको ताप्लेजुङमा उपचार हुन नसकेपछि राति नै झापा विर्तामोडको विएण्डसी रिफर गरीएको थियो । पेटमा छुरा प्रहार भएकाले ठूलो आन्द्रामा समस्या भएको उपचारमा संलग्न चिकित्सकको भनाइ छ । छुरा प्रहार गर्ने राजा लिम्बू फरार रहेकाले खोजी जारी रहेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
