The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Wednesday arrested a non-gazetted first class officer of the Department of Immigration with bribe money he received from a service-seeker. According to the CIAA, Koshraj Bhattarai was caught in the act of receiving Rs,40,000 promising foreign citizens extension of their visas. अध्यागमन विभाग, कालिकास्थानमा कार्यरत नायब सुब्बा कोषराज भट्टराई घुससहित पक्राउ परेका छन्। भिसा एक्सटेन्सन गर्ने प्रयोजनको लागि सेवाग्राहीसँग ४० हजार रुपैयाँ घुस मागेको गोप्य सूचनाका आधारमा अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगको टोलीले भट्टराईलाई रंगेहात पक्राउ गरेको हो। नायब सुब्बा भट्टराईलाई आयोगको टोलीले सेवाग्राहीको उजुरीका आधारमा बुधबार दिउँसो कालीमाटीबाट घुस रकमसहित पक्राउ गरेको हो । भट्टराईमाथि अनुसन्धान भइरहेको आयोगले जनाएको छ।
